Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated: October 7, 2026

1. Introduction and acceptance

The websites kisner.co.il and kisner-kads.com (together, the “Site”) are operated by N. Kisner Ltd., Israeli company no. 512711250 (the “Company”). The two domains are language versions of the same Site. The Site provides information about the Company, a professional product catalogue, contact methods and, in some cases, the ability to create an account, add products to a cart and submit an order or quotation request.

Use of the Site is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory right granted to a consumer by law.

2. Company details

  • Name: N. Kisner Ltd.
  • Israeli company number: 512711250
  • Address for notices: 10 Gvulot Street, Givatayim 53261, Israel
  • Telephone: +972-3-9791465
  • Email: info@kisner.co.il

3. Eligibility and business use

A function involving a legal commitment may be used only by an adult legally capable of contracting or by a person authorised to bind an organisation. The Site is primarily intended to provide professional information and serve customers in plumbing, piping, construction and waterproofing, but it may also be used by consumers. Israel’s Consumer Protection Law applies only where and to the extent that it applies by law to the relevant transaction and customer.

4. User accounts

Some functions may require an account. You must provide accurate, current information, keep credentials confidential and promptly report unauthorised use. The account holder is responsible for activity through the account unless the law provides otherwise. We may suspend an account if we reasonably suspect misuse, a security risk, unlawful conduct or breach of these Terms.

5. Professional information and product catalogue

Images, drawings, dimensions, standards, compatibility, stock levels, delivery times and descriptions on the Site are general information. We try to keep information accurate, but colours or dimensions may vary and typographical errors, manufacturer changes or update delays may occur. Site information is not a substitute for a professional assessment of whether a product is suitable for the intended use, infrastructure, standard, environment and installation method.

Before purchase or installation, the customer must verify the product code, dimensions, materials, compatibility and quantity and consult the current specification and instructions. Installation and use must be carried out by an appropriately qualified professional and comply with applicable law and standards. If general Site information conflicts with a current manufacturer specification confirmed in writing by the Company, the confirmed specification prevails, subject to law.

6. Orders and quotation requests

Adding an item to the cart or submitting details does not reserve stock and is not, by itself, final acceptance of an order. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, a submission is a purchase or quotation request. A transaction is concluded only after the Company has checked stock, price, quantity, delivery address and delivery terms, has issued an express written confirmation, and payment has been arranged as agreed.

An automated acknowledgement that a request was received is not transaction confirmation. The Company may decline a request because of unavailable stock, an obvious price or description error, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, inability to make contact or another legitimate reason, subject to law. If money was collected for an order that is not accepted, it will be returned as required by law through an appropriate method.

7. Prices, taxes and payment

The binding price, currency, VAT treatment, delivery charge, discounts and payment terms will be stated in the quotation or order confirmation. A demo-product price, zero price, manifestly unreasonable price or stale information shown on the Site is not binding where it is an obvious error, subject to applicable law.

As of the date of these Terms, the Site has no online payment gateway. Do not enter payment-card details in Site forms. Payment, where required, will be handled outside the Site through a method agreed with the Company. Sending payment details through an unauthorised method does not bind the Company.

8. Delivery, inspection and risk

The delivery date, location, charge and method will be set out in the order confirmation. Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delay caused by force majeure, a security situation, authority restriction, strike, system failure, supplier or carrier delay, or another reasonable circumstance outside the Company’s control will be handled under applicable law and the governing agreement.

On receipt, inspect quantity, packaging, model and visible damage and notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible. This does not limit a right that cannot be waived. Title and risk pass when stated in the order confirmation or as provided by applicable law.

9. Cancellation, returns and exchanges

A consumer entitled to cancel under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations may do so within the periods, conditions and exceptions set by law. The law may distinguish cancellation for defect, non-conformity or non-delivery from cancellation for another reason and may restrict cancellation of specially manufactured products, products damaged after delivery or other excluded products.

Where cancellation fees are permitted, they will not exceed the amount allowed by law. These Terms do not reduce special rights available by law to a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant.

Subject to applicable law and sufficient order-identification details, a cancellation or return request may be made:

  • by email to info@kisner.co.il;
  • by telephone at +972-3-9791465;
  • by mail to 10 Gvulot Street, Givatayim 53261, Israel; or
  • through the Site contact form.

A business transaction that is not a consumer transaction is governed by the quotation or order confirmation. Returns in such a transaction require the Company’s prior written approval, and the product must be complete, unused and in its original packaging unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

10. Product warranties

Any product warranty is governed by applicable law, the warranty documents, manufacturer specification and order confirmation. A warranty does not cover damage caused by unprofessional installation, use outside the intended purpose or specification, product modification, ordinary wear, inadequate maintenance or storage, or an external event, unless the law requires otherwise.

If a defect is suspected, stop any use that could cause harm, retain the product and packaging where practicable, and contact the Company with the order details, description and documentation. The Company may inspect the product before deciding on the appropriate remedy.

11. Permitted use

You must not perform an unlawful act or an act likely to harm the Site, the Company or others, including:

  • attempting to bypass security or obtain unauthorised access;
  • introducing malicious code, overloading systems or conducting intrusive scanning without written permission;
  • collecting personal information or content through automated means contrary to law;
  • impersonating another person, submitting false information or using another person’s account;
  • copying or commercially exploiting content beyond what law or an express licence permits.

12. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, catalogues, text, photographs, drawings, trade marks, product names and software are protected by rights belonging to the Company, its suppliers or other rights holders. You may not copy, publish, distribute, alter, translate, create derivative works from or commercially use them without prior written permission, except for reasonable personal use or use permitted by law.

13. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to catalogues, maps, social networks and other third-party services. They are outside the Company’s control and use is governed by their terms. A link is not necessarily an endorsement or a warranty of that service’s content, security or availability.

14. Availability and limitation of liability

The Site is provided as is and as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue a feature, item of content or product. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss caused by use of the Site or reliance on general Site information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for misleading conduct, negligence or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

15. Privacy

Personal information is collected and used under the Site Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Site with the revision date. A change does not apply retrospectively to an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed by the parties.

17. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction, subject to local-venue rules and mandatory consumer protections. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so the dispute can be addressed in good faith.
