Our commitment

N. Kisner Ltd. considers equal and accessible service for people with disabilities important and works to improve the accessibility of its digital and physical services. We aim to enable every person to browse the Site, obtain product information and contact us independently, respectfully and conveniently.

This Statement applies to both domains of the multilingual Site: kisner.co.il in Hebrew and kisner-kads.com in English.

Website accessibility

The Site includes a User-A accessibility interface offering display and navigation aids. It can be opened through the accessibility button shown on the Site. The interface does not replace accessibility work on the underlying content and code, and we are working with professionals to identify and remedy barriers.

Our objective is to align the Site with Israel’s Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard 5568 at Level AA, to the extent applicable. This Statement does not claim that every page or component has already been tested or found fully conformant.

The actions and capabilities we are working to provide include:

  • keyboard navigation and operation;
  • clear headings, links and form-field structure;
  • text alternatives for meaningful images;
  • sufficient contrast, text resizing and responsive presentation;
  • understandable form instructions and error messages;
  • reasonable compatibility with screen readers and common browsers;
  • accessible formats for new documents and content where practicable.

Known limitations and third-party content

This is a legacy Site undergoing improvement. Some catalogue pages, older PDF files, images, tables, WooCommerce components, maps, embedded or linked catalogues, and content supplied by third parties may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to map and correct gaps according to priority, technical feasibility and legal requirements.

If particular information is inaccessible, contact us to request it in an alternative format. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service accessibly and promptly, without charging for the accessibility adjustment itself.

Before visiting an office or warehouse, please call +972-3-9791465 for current information about directions, parking, accessible entrances, lifts, accessible toilets, service counters and assistive arrangements. If you require a particular adjustment, tell us when contacting us so that we can prepare where reasonably possible.
