N. Kisner Ltd., Israeli company no. 512711250 (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”), respects the privacy of users and customers of kisner.co.il and kisner-kads.com (together, the “Site”). The two domains are language versions of the same WordPress/WooCommerce environment.

This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, with whom we may share it, and how rights concerning it may be exercised. “Personal information” means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, whether directly or indirectly.

N. Kisner Ltd. is the controller of the databases described in this Policy. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@kisner.co.il, made by telephone at +972-3-9791465, or mailed to 10 Gvulot Street, Givatayim 53261, Israel.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how the Site is used, we may collect:

  • information submitted through the contact form, including name, email address and message content;
  • account details such as username, email address and a password stored in encrypted or hashed form;
  • order or quotation-request details, such as name, company, contact details, billing and delivery addresses, requested products and quantities, notes and related correspondence;
  • information provided by telephone, email, customer service or technical support;
  • technical and operational information, such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, referring source, cart activity, cookie identifiers, and security and error logs;
  • information required by law for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, protecting rights or handling a dispute.

As of the date of this Policy, the Site does not include an online payment gateway and is not intended to collect payment-card details. Do not submit card details through a contact form or free-text field. If payment is arranged outside the Site, the terms and privacy policy of the relevant payment provider will also apply.

3. Whether information must be provided

Providing information through the Site is voluntary and there is no legal obligation to provide it unless expressly stated otherwise. Without required fields, however, we may be unable to respond to an enquiry, create or administer an account, prepare a quotation, process an order, deliver products or provide service.

We ask only for information needed for the stated purpose. Do not provide another person’s personal information unless you have appropriate authority to do so.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • respond to enquiries, provide professional information and deliver customer service;
  • administer accounts, carts, orders, quotations, deliveries, returns and warranties;
  • communicate about a product, order or service you requested;
  • operate, secure, maintain, measure and improve the Site and our services;
  • identify and prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents or unlawful activity;
  • comply with legal duties and regulator requests, keep business records, and establish or defend legal claims;
  • send advertising or marketing communications only when permitted by law and with the required consent. Each such communication will provide a reasonable means to opt out.

We will not use information for a purpose incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected unless consent is obtained or the law permits the use.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses cookies, local storage and similar technologies. Some are essential to operate the Site and some are provided by third parties:

  • WordPress, WPML and WooCommerce — language selection, accounts, security, carts and the order process;
  • Cloudflare and our hosting provider — security, availability, routing, performance and system logs;
  • Google Analytics — measuring Site use through Universal Analytics property UA-59528634-1;
  • Google reCAPTCHA — detecting spam and automated form use;
  • Google Fonts and Google Maps — displaying fonts and a map on pages where those services are loaded;
  • User-A — providing the Site’s accessibility interface and tools.

These services may receive technical information including IP address, device and browser details, page address and online identifiers, and may retain information under their own policies. Browser settings can be used to restrict cookies, although blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Site from working. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we will load them only after the relevant choice has been made.

6. Sharing information

We may share information, to the extent necessary, with:

  • hosting, cloud, information-security, backup, email, support and Site-maintenance providers;
  • analytics, anti-spam, accessibility and content-infrastructure providers, including Google, Cloudflare and User-A;
  • delivery, logistics, accounting and professional service providers needed to handle an order;
  • a competent authority or another party where required or authorised by law, for legal proceedings, or to protect rights, safety and property;
  • a party to a merger, acquisition, business transfer or reorganisation, subject to continued protection of the information.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers acting for us may use information only to provide the commissioned service and under appropriate obligations.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers may store or process information outside Israel in countries whose privacy laws differ. Where we transfer information in this way, we will act in accordance with applicable law and use appropriate safeguards, including contractual commitments or another lawful mechanism where required.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide services and manage the business relationship, and thereafter for periods required by tax, accounting, warranty, limitation, security and legal-claims requirements. Information no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised, subject to reasonable technical limits in backup systems and mandatory retention duties.

9. Information security

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and related risks. No system is completely immune from intrusion, failure or loss, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If account credentials may have been exposed, change the password and contact us promptly.

10. Your rights

Subject to Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and other applicable law, an individual may inspect personal information about them held in a database, personally or through an authorised representative. If information is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, the individual may request its correction or deletion. A person may also request to stop marketing communications or the use of information for direct mailing.

To exercise a right, email info@kisner.co.il with your full name, contact details and a description of the request. We may request reasonable information to verify identity. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, record-retention duties and the rights of others.

11. Children

The Site and our business services are not directed to children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information without appropriate authorisation, contact us and we will consider deletion in accordance with applicable law.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to catalogues, social networks and other services outside our control. This Policy does not govern their practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on the Site with its revision date. A material change will be highlighted where required by law.
